Welcome! I’m a licensed cosmetologist specializing in a variety of services to meet all your hair needs. Please review my policies below to ensure the best experience: Policy Update Effective January 1, 2025‼️ ✨ Payment Policy: • All remaining balances must be paid in cash. • Deposits will still be accepted through the website. If you choose to pay the full amount upfront online, that’s perfectly fine! • Zelle is now accepted for payments as well. https://thehairlaboratoryllc.glossgenius.com/ Sunday Appointments: A $50 fee will apply to all Sunday bookings. Wig, Frontal, & Closure Drop-Off: Please drop off your wigs, frontals, or closures 2-3 days prior to your appointment during business hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). Same-day lace customization is available for a $50 fee. Lace Melt Bands: Lace melt bands are required for any service involving lace. You may purchase one from me, bring your own, or buy a new one. All bands must be clean for use. Booking & Service Requests: When booking, please ensure all desired services are included, as I cannot guarantee additional services on the day of your appointment. For knotless braids in kids’ styles, shampoo is not included—please add this option during booking. Hair must be fully washed, blow-dried, and free of any oily products. If your hair is not properly prepped, your appointment will be canceled. Hair for Braided Services: Hair is provided for all braided styles in basic colors (1, 1B, 2, and 4). Any requests for colors outside of these options will incur an additional $25 charge. Additionally, there is a $20 upcharge for any curly hair. Late Arrival Policy: Arriving 15 minutes late without prior notice will result in your appointment being rescheduled or canceled, with the full payment due. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 12-24 hours in advance using the confirmation link. Failure to cancel properly will result in a 50% charge to the card on file.
CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE OF THE SERVICE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AGAIN WITHOUT PRE-PAYING FOR SERVICES. IF YOUR CARD DOESNT WORK TO BE CHARGED, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE NO CALL SERVICE BEFORE BEING SERVICED AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
